Frequently asked questions

How do investor visas work for new founders in Dubai?

An investor (partner/investor) visa is issued to an owner of a share in a UAE company and is linked to the corporate structure. After company registration, an electronic visa is applied for, followed by a medical checkup and Emirates ID issuance, then a visa for 2-3 years is stamped in the passport (depending on the jurisdiction). Xcella structures the charter documents so that the founder can obtain an investor visa and, if necessary, sponsor family members.
